It has a new brass mat and has been reframed in new gold leaf frame with silk covered archival mat. This image was one of only four plates used in Sotheby's advertising for this sale and was only one of 14 plates chosen for full page, full color treatment in the Sotheby's catalogue as plate 29.
One museum curator deemed it "the most beautiful image in the sale." It has a #9 Hallmark as catalogued in Spirit of Fact.
